NVQ – IRSE Licensing

Backlock offers IRSE licensing assessments at both Workplace and Competence stages for Signalling Designer, Signalling Verifier, Signalling Design Manager, Project Engineer, Engineering Managers and Signalling Testers.

We also provide advice and guidance on the IRSE licensing scheme and work with organisations to develop processes, staff and deliver successful assessment plans.

Delivery and Consultancy

Backlock has significant experience in managing, producing, reviewing and independent verification of detailed and schemes design and all related documents. This includes both mainline and London Underground technology and processes.

We have experience of, and are able to design, check and review signalling design and supporting deliverables.
